Full payment of Materials & Services Charges and subject fees are due by 27 March 2026; unless
a) a School Card Application has been submitted; or
b) an Instalment Agreement has been negotiated and approved

Instalment Plan
Direct Debit instalment plans can be arranged by completing the ‘direct debit and instalment agreement form’. Please complete and return to dl.0768.finance@schools.sa.edu.au

Please note that material and services fees paid via an instalment plan must have the first instalment paid by 27 March 2026, and fees finalised in full by 25 September 2026. If you have any questions or require further support, please do not hesitate to contact our finance office.
Applying for School Card
If you're a low-income family with children attending government schools, you can get financial help with school fees, materials and services charges through the School Card scheme. Applications must be submitted each year as the assessment process is based on your family’s gross income for the prior financial year. We recommend that you lodge your application with the school early each year. This will allow you to establish a payment plan with the school early in the year if your School Card application is not approved.
